This is the first of 3 parts of the Wells Combination course. Section 1 reviews several mechanical and electrical components that are needed for deep wells. It goes into depth for methods of estimating water demand and information to determine different water levels.
Section 2 shifts gears and begins with the steps to properly size and understand the specifications of components of any electrical motor installation. Students will learn to interpret motor nameplates, size of current carrying conductors, ground and insulated type wires.
