AnytimeCE reports your course completions to the AHJ within two business days.
Alaska AHJ requires that you submit your course completion.
If it has been more than two business days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days) and you still do not see your courses uploaded, click here to contact us. Include your full name, email, license # and the course you are asking about.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout process.
Please click here to provide the details of what you purchased and what you need to exchange it for and we will exchange your course for you. There is no charge for a one-time exchange per course.
All customers, new and returning will need to create a new account when making their first purchase on our new website.

When purchasing courses for many employees, there are a few things you should know to make it as smooth as possible:
- Make sure that the words “Log In” appear in the upper right corner. If it says “Log Out,” click on “Log Out” to log out of your account.
- Then, click on the state or select your state and trade from the menu at the top of the page. Select your courses and add them to your cart.
- When adding your payment information make sure to fill out the “Billing details” on the left side of the checkout page with your employees email, name and license information.
- Enter your payment information on the right side of the checkout page and click “Place Order”.
- You’re ready to go!

The second to last lesson of every course we offer requires that you verify your license information before completion. This is to ensure that your certification of completion is generated with the correct information.
If, even after this verification step, you’ve received a certificate with the incorrect information, check that the information in your profile is correct and click here to contact us so we can reset your course progress and create a new certificate with the correct license number (for a $45 fee). Important: Be sure to enter the correct license number and state in the “Additional Notes” section when you are checking out.
Select the option to have your course information sent to two states during the checkout process when you are buying your course. For a $45 fee, we will upload your course completion to another state.
During the checkout process when you are buying your courses, select the option to have your course information sent for more than one license to the same state. For a $45 fee, we will upload your course completion for a secondary license.
Just click on the state or select your state and trade from the menu at the top of the page. Select your courses, add them to your cart, add your payment information, and you’re ready to go.

Yes, the quiz questions can still be printed at the beginning of each course.
You have access to any course you purchase for 60 days so we encourage you to complete your courses as soon as you purchase them.
Are you trying to login to your account and it’s not working? You’ll create an account during the purchase process, so pick your courses, add them to your cart. When you check out you’ll enter your email address and create a password.
